Q: Can I preview how the service works?
A: You can sample the GuerillaTweets service from any cell phone. Simply open a new text message, type "TWEETS GUERRILLATWEETS", and send it to 41411. You'll receive a response in about 30 seconds.

Q: What carriers do you support?
A: We support all major U.S. carriers.

Q: How do I buy messages?
All messages are included at no extra cost. We inject a small ad at the end of each message, which allows us to provide them free of charge. Please contact us if you do not want the ads placed at the end of your messages.

Q: How much will these messages cost the people I am trying to promote to?
A: Because people use different carriers, and subscribe to different plans, costs will vary from one individual to the next. Some may incur fees of up to $0.10 per message, while others may have an unlimited number of free text messages included with their plan. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

Q: I just sent a text to my subscribed list. Why isn’t my request counter showing any visits?
A: Because our system updates request counts at 15 minute intervals, new requests may not immediately appear in your counter.

Q: Why isn’t my most recent Tweet appearing?
A: Over the past 8 weeks, Twitter has been experiencing issues with new user accounts. If your Twitter account was recently created, it may not be properly indexed in the Twitter search facility, and therefore, will not show up on GuerillaTweets. They have promised to resolve the issue shortly, which will prevent this problem in the future. In the meantime, you can contact Twitter at http://twitter.zendesk.com/requests/portal/new to request that they add your account manually. This process may take a few days.

Q: How come my GuerillaTweet was cut off mid-sentence?
A: Because of the limitations of SMS and texting technologies, GuerillaTweets allow for less space (120 characters max) than traditional Twitter posts (140 characters max).

Q: I like the stickers you offer, but had something different in mind. Can I order customized ones?
A: Yes, we have talented graphic designers on staff who can help you craft a truly unique sticker to promote your Tweets. Contact us with your request, and one of our designers will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How many subscribers can I distribute my Tweets to?
A: Our Premium version includes unlimited texting. “Push” your Tweets to as many people as you want – at absolutely no additional charge.
